About Our Company:
Paragon Books, a leading National Publisher of Books on variety of disciplines is
privately owned by Mr. Pratap Vaish, dedicated to the dissemination of knowledge
among students, academicians and intellecutals. Dedication, devotion, Discipline
and integrity of his grandfather Late Shri Sultan Chandji, founder, Sultan Chand
& Sons, educational Publishers, inspired Mr. Pratap Vaish to dedicate himself to
the cause of education and society. Founded in 1865, with an eye on publishing scholarly
books for academic excellence and since then the commitment to the quality has been
kept despite of ups and downs spanning over 15 years.
How do I find a specific product?
A search box is available at the top of every page throughout the site. You may
also browse for a title by category. Category listings are found on the left-hand
side of each page.
Can I Check the Status of my order?
To check the status of your order, click the My Account link located at the top
of each page. You can then view the status of all orders you placed.
How do I change my mailing address?
E-mail Address can be easily changed from your accounts page or by editing your
profile.
How Do I Change My Password?
If you would like to change your Paragon Books password, just sign in to your account
with your current password and click the My Account link at the top of the page.
You will be asked to re-enter your current password for verification. Then:
- Click the "Change Password" link.
- Enter your current password in the first box.
- Enter your new password (as you would like it to be) in the second box.
- Confirm your new password in the third box.
- Click the "Save" button.
Please Note: In order to protect your account, make sure that your
password is memorable for you but difficult for others to guess. Never use the same
password that you have used in the past, and do not share your password with anyone.
For security purposes, your new password must be a minimum of six characters long.
A good password contains a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters (remember
that your password is case sensitive), numbers, and special characters such as +,?,
and *.
Does paragonbooks.in distribute or sell my account
information?
Not at all. paragonbooks.in does not sell or release any personal information to
any third-party source.
Will I start to receive spam once I sign up with
NorthernBook.com?
Absolutely not.
What is your return policy?
If any product received by the customer is found defective, then within 15 days
of the receipt, please send the product along with the order no. & date back to
our office. We will replace the product for you. Please bear in mind that if the
product is returned after 15 days of receipt, NorthernBook.com will hold no responsibility
for the returned product.
All shipping charges related to returning the defective product will be borne by
the customers.
If I want to buy a complete collection of books,
(i.e. a 12 volume series), do I get any discount?
Discounts may be available for bulk orders. Please write to us at nbcnd@bol.net.in
and we will give you an answer about whether we can offer you a bulk order
discount within 2-3 business days.
